3V Infrastructure and CBRE Partner to Expand EV Charging Infrastructure at Multifamily Properties Across the U.S. with No-Cost Solution
New York, NY – 3V Infrastructure, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure investor, owner, and operator backed by an affiliate of Greenbacker Capital Management, today announced a partnership with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. The partnership will leverage 3V Infrastructure’s differentiated approach, which offers multifamily property owners a truly no-cost solution requiring no capital expenditure or operating expenditure for providing EV charging amenities across their portfolios.
Cox Automotive’s Kelley Blue Book expects EV sales to break records again in 2025. With over 80% of EV charging happening at home and a third of Americans living in multifamily buildings, multifamily property owners need to find a way to meet the growing demand from residents for convenient, reliable, at-home EV charging.

CBRE will oversee the installation process, and 3V will finance, own, operate, and install additional charging as demand increases.
