The Solomon Organization Partners with 3V Infrastructure to Bring No-Cost EV Charging to 60+ Multifamily Communities
The Solomon Organization, a privately held, New Jersey-based multifamily investment, management, and development company founded in 1977, owns and manages more than 22,000 apartment homes across ten states, from New Jersey to Wisconsin. As EV charging becomes a must-have amenity in multifamily communities, Solomon is partnering with 3V Infrastructure to bring reliable, at-home charging to its residents.
The Challenge
Like many multifamily owners, Solomon sees residents increasingly expecting EV charging as a standard amenity. But installing and managing that infrastructure consistently across a multi-state portfolio is not something most owners can take on alone.
The Solution
3V is funding, installing, and operating smart Level 2 EV charging at more than 60 Solomon properties across 9 states, at no cost to Solomon. Charging is powered by SWTCH, and the first sites are already live and serving residents. 3V treats EV charging like traditional infrastructure, using portfolio-wide scaling and hyperlocal demand analysis to right-size each installation to the property’s needs, both now and as demand grows.
“At Solomon, we’re dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents, and offering amenities like at-home charging is an increasingly important part of that,” said Dan McInerney, COO of The Solomon Organization. “3V’s unique model will help us meet evolving resident expectations and stay competitive, without the financial or operational burden.”
