Taylor joins 3V Infrastructure as a Data, Finance, & Strategy Manager with a background in public policy and sustainable infrastructure. Taylor has extensive experience designing emissions reduction strategies, innovative financing solutions, and public-private partnership models. 

Prior to joining 3V Infrastructure, Taylor worked in Deloitte’s Sustainability Strategy practice, where she led multiple projects, including the commercialization of a geospatial scenario planning platform, the development of a Hydrogen Hub market lift-off plan, and the positioning of sustainable agriculture products. Taylor is adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes and has successfully developed and delivered new operating models and software solutions for transportation service providers.

Taylor holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. In her free time, Taylor enjoys backpacking, camping, playing boardgames, and reading about space.
