Nicole Johnson is a proven financial leader with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and strategic operations. She has a strong record of driving financial strategy and enhancing performance across diverse industries, including energy and carbon capture and storage.  

Prior to joining 3V Infrastructure, Nicole served as Chief Financial Officer at Carbon America, where she successfully guided the company through its early stages, secured significant government funding, and implemented essential financial systems. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in the energy sector, where she shaped financial strategy and executed complex transactions and strategic initiatives. Nicole began her career in Public Accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  

She holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in accounting from Colorado State University and is a licensed CPA. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys swimming and spending time outdoors with her family.
