Heather Scott is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Construction at 3V Infrastructure, Heather specializes in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. 


Heather's expertise lies in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring the successful delivery of EV charging solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, Heather has successfully implemented EV charging projects in commercial, residential, and public spaces, contributing to the growth of EV adoption.


Prior to joining 3V Infrastructure, Heather spent 3 years working with Tesla in their Charging Organization. This experience provided Heather with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the EV charging industry. Leveraging this knowledge, Heather develops comprehensive project strategies, oversees construction budgets and timelines, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Notable achievements from Heather’s tenure at Tesla include setting a record for fastest construction timeline of 4 days, utilizing Tesla’s Prefabricated Supercharger Unit (PSU). Additionally, Heather played a pivotal role in creating and defining processes for the Level 2 Own & Operate program nationally, and successfully organized and facilitated the first ever in-person summit in Palo Alto, California for Tesla Certified Wall Connector Installers.


With a proven track record of delivering successful EV charging projects and a passion for sustainable energy solutions, Heather is poised to drive the growth of EV infrastructure and make a lasting impact in the clean transportation industry.
