Danny Fawcett is a highly experienced sales leader with over a decade of driving business growth through technology and infrastructure solution integration. Prior to 3V, Danny served as the Regional Director of Sales at Xeal, where he forged partnerships with leading real estate owners and implementation partners to deploy reliable Level-2 charging infrastructure, aiding in greater accessibility and adoption across the US. His strategic approach and deep industry knowledge enabled him to build impactful relationships and design scalable solutions that not only meet the demands of today, but also anticipate the needs of tomorrow in sustainable urban development.

Before joining Xeal, Danny Fawcett held pivotal roles where he led the sales, business development and partnership organizations for prominent fixed-wireless and IT infrastructure providers, catering to commercial real estate owners. With a proven track record, Danny's commitment to innovation and sustainability continues to drive his efforts in better shaping and refining the convergence between real estate, technology and infrastructure. 

Danny holds an M.S. and B.A. from the University of Akron where he was a captain of the varsity baseball team. Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing and playing the drums.
