Aubrey is a seasoned infrastructure professional working on transportation and infrastructure projects that require cross functional expertise in technology, public policy, and finance. Starting with roots as a systems engineer, Aubrey has grown a software trained-skillset into building robust new-market businesses in the infrastructure sector.

Aubrey has spent her career working with senior executives advising and implementing strategies to adapt public infrastructure for new transportation trends spanning technology, policy, and financial governance. Using a deep knowledge of economics and global transportation systems, Aubrey has supported dozens of start-ups and new technology solutions enter new markets in the US transportation sector. Prior to her pivotal role in the EV charging industry, Aubrey championed Smart City initiatives, IoT solutions, cloud technologies, and AI applications in transportation and mobility sectors.

Aubrey entered the EV charging market after the passing of the bi-partisan infrastructure law where she advised senior clients on the roll out of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure
(NEVI) program. Passionate and well versed in technology enabled infrastructure and financial analysis, Aubrey quickly became an expert in EV charging economics and market trends. Aubrey co-founded 3V after building Radial Power’s EV charging investment strategy. At Radial Power, Aubrey worked with large real estate REITs to build EV charging projects nation-wide.

Aubrey’s mission is to establish a platform that channels private investment into assets that serve the common good, driving the decarbonization of the transportation sector through data-
driven insights, innovative financing models, and visionary long-term strategies. Aubrey is passionate about the ethics of public infrastructure and the importance of innovating shared utilities. Aubrey holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.
